our Story

Growth Takes Time is a Christian brand created to encourage and remind people that healing, growth, and overcoming take time. This brand was inspired by my own experiences and my journey with anxiety and depression.

But through therapy, faith, and most importantly, my relationship with Jesus Christ, I’ve learned that my struggles do not define me. I am a testament to God’s grace, His love, and His ability to bring us through.

I created Growth Takes Time as a reminder to myself and to anyone who may need to hear it:

Be kind to yourself.

Be patient with yourself.
